HYROX began in Hamburg, Germany in 2017, so Europe is not merely a region with many events but a space where the culture of competition has grown with HYROX since its inception.

Hamburg and London are also selected as part of the... HYROX Elite Series 2026/27 Hamburg opens the Elite Series season on October 30–31, while London hosts the second race on December 3–4. This means that runners who travel alone can schedule their entire trip to include both their own race day and watch elite-level athletes compete on the same route.

Hamburg: If there is one stadium that HYROX fans should visit at least once, this is the hometown of the city.

Where should I rest if I'm competing at the Hamburg Messe?

If you want to travel, Race Morning is the easiest place around. St. Pauli, Sternschanze, Karolinenviertel, or Hamburg Messe Perfect because the venue is located in the city center, spanning over several fields within the series.

If you want a trip that feels more Hamburg, HafenCity offers a beautiful and convenient location near Speicherstadt and the Elbphilharmonie, though accommodation costs may be higher. The Hauptbahnhof area is highly accessible, yet its atmosphere differs significantly from the pleasant surroundings of HafenCity.

Before the race in Germany, you do not need to eat pasta.

Easily managed food includes Bread, Pretzel, Rice, Potatoes, Eggs, Yogurt, and Asian dishes available in major cities. If you typically eat rice before training, there is no need to change your routine to a large pasta meal simply because you are in Europe.

Before Race, reduce your food intake significantly, especially alcohol and late-night meals. After Race, you can fully enjoy Hamburg-style dishes such as Fischbrötchen or Franzbrötchen.

How does the Race Back utilize Hamburg?

First-day after race is suitable for Speicherstadt, HafenCity, and Elbphilharmonie Because you can walk along the river and stop at Café on occasion without needing to plan a heavy itinerary.

If your trip coincides with the Elite Series race, I recommend reserving the afternoon or evening to visit Hamburg Messe and watch the Elite Race there, as this is one of the few events that truly offer both "homecoming" and "high-level open season" experiences in a single trip.

If you intend to run performance, taking breaks near Fiera Roma or the EUR side reduces your travel distance during the race, but this comes at the cost of being further away from the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and the Historic Center.

For Race-cation, I view the line as a resting spot. Trastevere, Ostiense, or EUR It offers a more engaging experience than staying close to the Trevi Fountain, as it provides a balanced approach to visiting both the Fiera Roma and the surrounding attractions.

From Fiumicino Airport, city-center guests can take the Leonardo Express to Termini; however, if staying near Fiera, please verify the Regional Rail route again to suit your hotel's specific needs.

When should I eat Carbonara?

Rome is a city where delicious food can make Race Week a Food Trip before time, yet Carbonara, Amatriciana, or pizza are all large meals that may contain more fat, salt, and portion size than usual routine.

Before Race, choose Pasta that is smoother than Rice, Bread, or your favorite dishes, then store Carbonara, Supplì, Gelato, and your big meal after the Finish Line.

The back of Race should not attempt to capture Rome all at once.

Colosseum, Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Vatican are not included in a single short route ideal for a Recovery Day. If you are competing at full intensity, it is recommended to spread your schedule over at least two days.

The first day can be enjoyed with Colosseum + Monti + Café without rush, while the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica should be visited on another day, as both museums require significant time to walk through and explore.

If Race is the primary goal. Expo City The most convenient option is to avoid long-distance travel on the morning of the competition; however, if you plan to visit, staying at Dubai Marina or along the Metro route ensures a more balanced trip.

Downtown Dubai is ideal for those who want to be close to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall but are willing to travel further. Therefore, Downtown is not the only choice because it is the most well-known tourist destination.

November is the ideal time to visit Dubai, though it remains warm and dry outside. If you walk all day before Race, you may lose more fluid than you realize.

Drink water normally, replenish Electrolytes according to your routine, and do not attempt to "compensate" for excessive intake before the race.

Before the race, easy to eat; after the race, go to the Brunch.

Dubai offers an extensive array of international cuisines, making it an ideal destination for replicating traditional Thai flavors. Rice, eggs, bread, oatmeal, chicken, and Asian dishes are readily available.

When should Desert Safari be visited?

Desert Safari is an activity you should do if you visit Dubai for the first time, but it is not suitable for D-1 due to its multi-hour duration involving sand dune riding and evening city returns.

The second day of the race is better; use Expo City, Dubai Marina, Old Dubai, or Beach Walk for a light experience on the first day.

The outer layer may feel cold, but in the ExCeL and Warm-up Areas, it is significantly warmer. Ideally, wear an easy-to-remove outer layer rather than adding extra layers; you will need to carry multiple pairs before the race.

Race to Borough Market, but no walk through London on a single day.

If you want to eat and travel without planning a single store next day Borough Market Near London Bridge, there are numerous Food Stalls and Restaurants, followed by a short walk along South Bank.

Do not include Tower Bridge, Borough Market, Westminster, Oxford Street, or Camden on the same day, as London is rapidly expanding its steps without notice.

If Race is a Priority Zone 15th arrondissement The most convenient Montparnasse experience, offering a city-center feel while still making it easy to reach your destination.

Le Marais or Montmartre offers a more enjoyable experience in terms of tourism, yet it adds unnecessary commutes during Race Morning, especially when a wave arrives early.

Paris December must consider both the weather and people.

December weather is cool and shorter than what Thai tourists are accustomed to, while also being the end of the year when more travelers arrive in Paris.

Please reserve time for Metro and Crowd events, especially those requiring booking time such as the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, or major museums. Do not schedule slots near races without buffer.

Can I wear Croissant before Race?

If it's food you can digest, but Croissant has more fat than ordinary bread, if you want a meal before Race that is more predictable than Baguette, Jam, Banana, Yogurt, Oats, or Rice, it's still easier to prepare.
