What is a defective QC item?

Defective QC items are products that may not meet certain quality inspection standards, such as surface finish, color, minor imperfections, assembly positions, or aesthetic details, and therefore are not sold at regular prices.

The quality of each item may vary. Buyers should verify the actual condition, try on the shoes, check the fit, ensure a snug feel, and consider whether the defects affect their own use before making a purchase.

Before purchasing:
Clearance items are limited stock and may not be available in all colors, sizes, or styles. Returns or exchanges may differ from standard pricing. Please inquire with the staff at the nearest store before making a purchase.

How can you choose the perfect pair for your needs during our Clearance Sale?

  • 1. Inspect every aspect thoroughly.
View both shoes, straps, materials, work edges, and assembly points, along with compare the two sides.
  • 2. Try on and walk in real life
Check that the heel and forefoot are properly aligned on the shoes' base, the straps do not press or rub against the foot, and walking does not cause any abnormal tilt.
  • 3. Choose from usage, not discounts alone.
Consider using this for daily walking, running, or other activities to select the right fit and snugness.
  • 4. Make a decision when you are confident in the product condition.
Due to the fact that each item has defects and varying quantities, please review the details and sales conditions thoroughly before making a payment.
